We require 50% deposit on all orders placed, with balance to be paid in full before any merchandise is dispatched.

Delivery
1-2 weeks APPROXIMATELY from receipt of written order, signed artwork approval and receipt of deposit.
Please let us know if you are working to a deadline at time of order and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Delivery is subject to stock availability at time of ordering.
While we endeavour to deliver within the estimated times, however at times, unexpected circumstances may arise. In this event you agree that late delivery does not terminate the order or payment terms.
Delivery will only be made during normal business hours of Mon-Fri 9:00am -5.00pm. No delivery is available during public holidays or weekends.
Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate. A re-delivery fee will apply if address details are incorrect.
Should a delivery fail to arrive on time, it is your responsibility to inform us, so that we can trace the order as quickly as possible.
While all care is taken in the packaging of merchandise, occasionally damage to goods may result. In this event please inform “Elite Corporate Merchandise” within 5 days .Once we have deemed them damaged or faulty, we will replace the item(s).
We will not accept liability for any deliveries that are lost or damaged once delivery has been made. This includes, but is not limited to loss or damage to merchandise arising from inadequate instructions given, especially when premises is unattended. Eg, leave at front/back door.
Delivery fees will be charged to your total order
Cancellation or Amendment to orders
Any cancellation or amendment of orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.
If your order has already been processed than a 50% fee of total order cost (the deposit) will be charged.
ArtWork
All artwork is to be provided by you, unless other arrangements have been made with “Elite Corporate Merchandise.”
Any amendments/adjustments to art work will be added to your total order cost.
All art work fees will be itemised and quoted separately.
We will inform you of all artwork requirements.
We require you to “sign off” on all art work specified.
